The process starts with screening resumes and selected candidates are requested to complete the set of tests. Qualified applicants are invited for initial and/or final interview.
All candidates will be contacted within 3-4 weeks from the interview
BDO internship lasts 6 months
BDO offers paid internship only
From the very beginning interns are involved in projects together with experienced staff. At the same time formal trainings are organized for all newcomers to expand their professional knowledge and develop competences.
After finishing internship most interns stay as full-time employee of BDO.
The first stage of career path is internship. If successfully completed, interns move to the position of Associate. Next career steps are Senior Associate, Manager and Partner.

  • Do not be late for the interview. To arrive several minutes early is the best decision. If you are running late or are not able to arrive for interview, always inform the recruiter.

  • Review the vacancy description. Prepare in advance your answers as to why you are the best candidate for this job. Practice in advance your answers to common job interview questions.
