  • Project closure: internal or external customer acceptance management, administrative matters, lessons learned

Assessment - at the end of the course participants will be assessed individually based on final assignbment where they will need to make a use of the concepts and tools acquired throuought the course.

Work on assignments will be facilitated and supervised by the trainer.

Certificates of the course completion will entail the results of final assignment.
